So, the ball has a slightly better chance of being drawn than it does getting the exact number, 1-38. That, in itself, is pretty resilient. This is because the ball has a slightly lower chance of being drawn than any other number in the game – Odds are 38% and 1-38%.
What this means is that the ball has a roughly 5% chance of being drawn as the winning number than any other number – Odds are 38% and 1-38%.
